Amanohashidate Sandbar

Amanohashidate Sandbar is a scenic views called as “bridge of heaven” located in Miyazu, Kyoto. There are 3 kilometers natural sand bridge covered with pine trees in the sea. Some poeple said, it’s twinned with Nelson in Newzealand. But, Amanohashidate is longer.

Amanohashidate is a popular sightseeing destionation in Japan.

If you’re in Kyoto, should visiting this wonderful place because it is easy day trip from Kyoto. Visitors can get more information in Amanohashidate Tourist Information Centre located in Amanohashidate Train Station which opened daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Locker are available to the visitors.

It takes 45 minutes end to end walked to explore the sandbar, and wonderful view also can see from the top of mountain by cable car.
