December 2016, i have a good oportinities with two of my friends goes to Japan facilitated by our office. As my first time to explore Japan, and of course on that moment is Winter. Winter in Japan is awesome, it is not only about the weather, snow, food, but also about light everywhere called Winter Illumination.
And a most exciting chance, Sapporo is the one of our place plan to go. I love it!
Once landing in Haneda Airport, Tokyo. We take the monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, then transit to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station ride Shinkansen Train to Shin-Hakodate Station, Hokkaido. It is takes 3 hours 30 minutes to reached Shin-Hakodate. From Shin-Hakodate Station ride a old and classic train to Hakodate Station.
We stay in a hotel close to Hakodate Station, just five minutes walk.
Right in the front of main gate Hakodate Station, there some wonderful lights decorated. Many of visitors take picture in that place, sit and enjoy the wonderful of lights.
